I like to place a review not necessarily on your UF Pro appRel UF PRO® DELTA OL 3.0 JACKET **Inventory Reduction Sale**
This review is solely placed on the UF Pro Gen 3 tactical jacket. Personally your sales team happens to be very kind and do believe they are very caring. Up front this review is solely to educate disabled service connected veterans that are wheelchair bound as well as any individual in the same condition I am in looking to purchase the Gen 3 jacket. I also like you to know that I am in touch with the company itself ( UF Pro ) as to the issues I am having not with your company but with the jacket itself 1- due to not doing the research myself on this specific jacket which is strictly for active individuals far from being in a power wheelchair and permanently disabled with any sort of activity level. Yes I looked up and found your store selling high end tactical apparel ( specially jackets for cold weather ) and decided to purchase the Gen 3 jacket. I wish the young lady who upfront I specifically informed I was a honorable retired service connected w U.S.Army Veteran and gave me a kind discount due to my service. 2- If she only was trained by your staff of the functionality of the jacket, who it's made for men that are active and not for wheelchair individuals like myself . It was not an intentional oversight she just didnt know like myself. I am sure you are aware of the jacket has two large perforated panels to cool off while being either active or highly active. I only wished she steered me in the right direction of purchasing the warmest jacket that UF PRO makes due to the cold weather rushing into this jacket due those specific perforated panels. It was also a mistake as to not doing the research on the jacket before hand but one who was selling the jacket in good faith to me. I am literally freezing in that jacket with numerous layers of the highest in quality due to the cold temperatures pouring through those specific panels. The jacket once inside my home or the VA hospital I attend to make appointments set for me to see my doctors and specialists the inner lining is as cold as the outdoor temperature. This review is strictly to educate others in the same disabled condition to buy the top of the line UF Pro jacket instead so they do not havr the same deadful experence of freezing when in use in cold weather. I was extremely happy with your customer service as well as your shipping. I truly hope you understand why i am writing this solely as mentioned to educate others so they don't find out the hard way as I encountered wearing the jacket a few times. Please accept my input only to help others and nothing more as well as your sales team only in good faith as well The jacket is completely useless to me and not expecting anything from your business. So on a finial note if one of your sales team encounters a disabled individual that's wheel chair bound looking to purchase the Gen 3 tactical please be as to be so kind and refer him to go with the warmest jacket that UF PRO makes for the reasons explained. I hope my input is only one to help others as well as your company suggesting the right apparel and the needs of men like myself. I only hope UF Pro cares enough and truly understands my plight, kind input, and help me as to purchasing the warmest coat that UF PRO makes with your company.
