The binder plate only effects the length of the bullet that is able to be housed by the magazine.
Does the Ruger American line require action modification for the mags w/o a binder plate? MDT Metal AICS Magazine
I've got the AC patterned Ruger American, and I'd like some more mags. Curious if I need to modify the bottom of my action for these MDT mags that don't have the binder plate.
